SHIPMENT METHODS
ELECTRONIC ORDERS POLICY-SHIPPING-DELIVERY
□ Our company accepts online orders from individuals and issues retail receipts, from companies - firms and issues sales invoices, from B2B companies-firms and issues sales invoices, as well as allows collaboration (with commission) through search engines, for advertising, promotion and sale of our goods.
□ We serve our customers throughout Greece, as well as in many foreign countries such as the United Kingdom (England), Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Spain , Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Monaco, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Albania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia, Israel, United States of America (USA), Canada, and Australia.
□ For our shipments within Greece we use the transport services of ACS Courier with the delivery times varying as follows:
a) For deliveries in the city of Athens and throughout the prefecture of Attica (except for inaccessible destinations that are far from the service range of ACS Courier) in 3 to 5 working days.
b) For deliveries to land destinations (except for inaccessible destinations) in 3 to 6 working days.
c) For deliveries to island destinations (except for inaccessible destinations) in 3 to 7 working days.
d) For deliveries in inaccessible areas in 3 to 9 working days.
□ For our shipments abroad we use DHL transport services, with delivery times varying according to the zone number they are in, as well as the shipping method (DHL ECONOMY SELECT, DHL EXPRESS), according to the categorization of DHL as follows:
DHL ECONOMY SELECT
a) In 4 to 6 working days for deliveries to the countries: Bulgaria.
b) In 5 to 7 working days for deliveries to the countries: Austria, Italy, Hungary.
c) In 6 to 8 working days for deliveries to the countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Croatia, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.
d) In 7 to 9 working days for deliveries to the countries: Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, United Kingdom (England), Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland.
e) In 8 to 10 working days for deliveries to the countries: Finland, Norway.
DHL EXPRESS
a) In 3 to 5 working days for deliveries to the countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Malta, Northern Macedonia, Serbia.
b) In 4 to 6 working days for deliveries to the countries: Andorra, United States of America (USA), Israel, Canada, Belarus, Ukraine.
c) In 5 to 7 working days for deliveries to the countries: Australia.
□Our goods will be sent to the address specified by our customer, after he/she has previously completed the order and payment and has received the automated e-mail from our website with all the details (if not received, please check spam). All our products appearing on the website of our e-shop are available for postal delivery (unless stated otherwise). Our customer has the ability to locate his/her order using the relevant application with the proper order code. Our company does not accept orders for delivery in PO boxes, as the delivery of the order requires the signature of our customer.
If our order arrives at the address given to us by our customer, but for some reason the parcel is not received (either because they were not there, or because they gave us the wrong address, or for other reasons), then the non-delivered parcel is returned to our company. If they ask us to send it again, then they will be charged again with the shipping costs of the parcel.
□ Shipping costs.
It is equally important for our customer, after completing his/her order, to know in advance and before proceeding with payment, the exact amount of the shipping costs to be charged. Therefore, the shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the gross weight of the goods in the customer’s cart. Our potential customers are not required to register on our website in order to browse it, or in order to fill the basket with the goods of their choice and see their total charges including shipping costs. Under no circumstances will they be asked to provide any personal information, such as their address, e-mail, name, etc. Only if the customer wishes and wants to go ahead and complete the order, should he/she enter address, phone number, e-mail and name.
It should be emphasized that all the personal data of our customers, which are deemed necessary to be registered for the seamless communication of our company with them, are safe with us. We do not disclose any personal information to third parties; we simply use the customer’s address, phone, and e-mail to notify the customer and deliver the order. Therefore, care must be taken in entering the details, because for example an incorrect delivery address means that the order will not reach our customer, resulting in problems and additional costs for both our company and the customer.
□ Price list.
All orders that our company accepts through its website from private customers (retail), are charged with VAT (Value Added Tax), which is included in the posted prices of our e-shop. It is not possible to declare tax for customers outside the countries of the European Union. Also, it is not possible to deliver alcoholic beverages to private customers outside Greece.
Customers of companies-firms that operate in B2B, in particular, can request the predicted special wholesale price list, as well as the issuance of an invoice without VAT.
□ Customs clearance.
For countries with an obligation of customs clearance, this charge concerns entirely our customer and not our company.
□ Import Duties - Customs.
Our company is not responsible for any import duties or customs that prevail in our customer's country.
Therefore our company is not responsible if the goods ordered by our customer are not allowed in the customer’s country due to custom or for some other reason. Nor is it responsible for any emergency delays occurring due to holidays or other reasons.
□ Security of goods.
The goods that our company sends to its customers, are covered by insurance from the transport company, for damage or loss during their transport. This coverage ends with the delivery of the goods to the customer.
Our company makes every effort to package the ordered goods in the best way, so that they reach our customer in perfect condition. In the rare case that during transport they suffer obvious external damage, our customer has the right to refuse receipt and to ask the carrier to return the goods as unacceptable.
□ Returns.
Our customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, after first informing our company by e-mail. In this case our customer is charged with the shipping cost.
In case our company or our suppliers are to blame, due to the fact that the wrong product was sent to our customer, he/she has the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. Also, this product must be in excellent condition, the packaging of the product must be intact, not used and its contents must be unaltered. In this case the return costs will be charged to our company.
