Dry organic white wine. Assyrtiko variety. With a great love for innovative products, we made a white dry wine with golden color, rich in tannins and polyphenols (compounds that exist only in red wines), which protect the body and enhance heart health. In the nose we find aromas of pear, ripe peaches and roasted nuts, while in the mouth we have an unexpected explosion of fresh citrus, accompanied by intense refreshing acidity and airy but rich thanks to the tannins, body. Soft aftertaste with a sweet feeling of freshness. It accompanies excellent lobster spaghetti, fish, squid, octopuses, shrimp, but also grilled and lightly cooked meats. Served at 10-12⁰C. Small careful organic production.
