Organic sweet red wine from sun-dried grapes. Protected geographical indication Cyclades. The sun of the Cyclades, the aura and the saltiness of the sea, concentrated the juice from the Aegean varieties Amorgiano (Mandilaria) and Assyrtiko and gave a wonderful wine with a particularly purple, tile color, nose of ripe fruit and tamarind. The rich body, the taste and the balance of alcohol with sweetness and acidity, give a wonderful feeling and well-being. Served at 10-12⁰C and accompanies fresh and dried fruits, chocolates, Amorgian pastel, donuts, but also Amorgian potato and other dishes. It is also a wonderful aperitif. It can be aged for at least five years. Small careful organic production.
