Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction for 2 days, vinification in stainless steel winemakers, extraction for 12 days with malolactic in the tank. Maturation 18 months in French oak barrels and aging 6 months in the bottle.
Characteristics: deep purple color, complex aroma of sweet spices, nuts and black fruits combine harmoniously with wood aromas, rich balanced taste, pleasant tannins and long lasting aftertaste.
Harmony of flavors: hunting, bright red jumps, red meat, fatty yellow cheeses.
