Tasia Dendrinou was born in March 1959 in Cephalonia and all her life so far. She has two things left from the house where she grew up: one is that she loves cooking very much and the second is that she can never enjoy good food without company.
Her restaurant, which has been operating since 1971 in Fiskardo, made Ionian cuisine famous both in Greece and abroad.
Her first book, Tasia's Recipes, was a huge success, making her even more famous around the world.
